Andy McLandsborough uses his legal training and practical engineering skills to assist clients in maximizing the value of their intellectual property. He is involved in patent and trademark matters, including litigation, drafting patent applications, and preparing patentability, freedom-to-operate, and infringement opinions. Before earning his law degree from the University of Kansas School of Law, Andy spent several years at an industrial automation company, where he worked with a team to handle a wide array of technical issues. Andy integrates the lessons he learned from past work experiences into his legal practice and takes pride in his ability to see legal issues from his clients’ point of view.
