Jessica’s work focuses on patent prosecution; she has experience in both due diligence and freedom to operate opinions. She also works with clients to secure IP protection in the form of trademarks and copyrights.
Before attending law school, Jessica earned her bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering. She then gained practical work experience inside a Fortune 500 oil and gas company and an environmental engineering firm. She credits this experience with helping her understand clients’ business goals and commercial context.
