Josh focuses his practice on patent preparation and prosecution. He has advised clients across a diverse range of technological fields, including aircraft/vehicle systems, wind turbine technologies, and consumer-facing devices, with a particular focus on telecommunications system technologies and semiconductor devices and fabrication.
As part of his practice, Josh has worked with clients to conduct patent mining sessions to identify and select inventors’ ideas for patent protection. He also provides additional insights to clients through conducting and reviewing prior art searches for improved patent drafting and prosecution strategies before patent application drafting.
Josh takes pride in understanding each client’s unique technological innovations and has worked with clients of varying backgrounds and sizes. This experience ranges from working with startup companies to counseling large multinational technology-driven businesses. Josh works closely with inventors and clients to identify ideas for protection and devise tailored patent strategies that align with their specific objectives.
